PT Sukanda Djaya is responsible for this notice. It covers the visitor-facing pages of this Site and the storage or access technologies they use.
This is a storage and access notice. Contact-form submissions, routine server request logs, hosting, security monitoring, and other processing can involve personal data without using cookies. Those activities are not disguised as cookies in this inventory and should be read with any privacy notice that applies to the relevant interaction.
The public Site does not currently run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, cross-site profiling, or first-party personalisation storage. That is why there is no site-wide banner asking visitors to accept optional cookies that are not present.
Ordinary public browsing does not currently set first-party cookies or write values to browser storage.
Google Maps is the only optional public-page service. It remains disconnected until a visitor selects “Muat peta / Load map.” The current register follows.

You can use every core public page without accepting optional storage. Refusing the map changes only the interactive map; the office address and directions link remain available.
The map choice lasts only for the current page view and is not stored. Before the map loads, leave or refresh the page to withdraw that request. After it loads, the browser connects directly to Google; use your browser or Google account controls to remove or manage any Google-controlled storage.
Browser settings can block or delete cookies and site data. This may affect a third-party service after you choose to load it, but it does not affect ordinary public browsing.
If optional analytics, advertising, personalisation, or another consent-based technology is introduced later, it will remain off until a clear choice is made. Accept and reject controls will be equally clear, purposes will be granular where needed, and silence, inactivity, scrolling, or continued browsing will not count as consent.
When you request the interactive map, its content is delivered directly by Google. Google receives the information described in the register and processes it under Google’s privacy terms, including on systems outside Indonesia. Provider behaviour and retention can differ according to region, browser restrictions, Google account state, and Google settings.
The Site also links to external services such as Google Maps directions, WhatsApp, and social platforms. A normal link does not connect to those services until selected. Once you leave the Site, the destination provider controls its own technologies and processing.
Some browsers send Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signals. There is currently no public-page advertising, analytics, sale, or cross-site sharing technology for those signals to switch off. The absence of a signal is never treated as consent.
If practices change, PT Sukanda Djaya will respect browser signals where applicable law makes them binding and will still provide a direct on-site choice where required.
The register states the intended lifetime of each public-site technology. A browser can restore a previous session, so “browser session” does not guarantee deletion at the instant every window closes. Routine server request or security records can have a different retention period because they are not browser storage.
After choosing to load the map, visitors can clear Google-controlled storage through browser or Google account controls.
This notice was last updated and technically reviewed on 26 July 2026. PT Sukanda Djaya may revise it when technology, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised notice and date will be posted here.
A new optional purpose, provider, or technology that requires consent will remain off until a fresh choice is made. Advance notice will be given where required. Continued browsing will not be treated as consent. The technology register should be re-audited after material releases and provider changes, not merely rewritten from assumptions.
Where an identifier or related information is personal data, applicable law may give you rights to information, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, restriction, portability, or complaint. These rights depend on the law and circumstances that apply to the processing.
PT Sukanda Djaya may request only the information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate relevant data. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or processing supported by another valid legal basis.
